Sweet look'n boat Doug - Same thing I am looking at doing except, I was gonna make it wider along the lines of a Whipray or 17.8 HB

Slow going but got the sole down and almost ready to deck. I want to get the engine first before cutting the transom.

that boat looks like it will be a blast to run around in and fish from.

Too much time at work :(
I have the deck on and interior primed. I may pull a Zack and splash it this weekend anyway just to see how it works out.
