HM 19 and trim tabs
Would the Harbor Master 19 benefit from trim tabs? I think there is only one completed HM 19, but it shares the same basic hull with the OD16 and OD18. Do any of you guys with thoses boats have trim tabs or feel they would be beneficial?

I am in favor of it. It will help you to compensate for variations in weight distribution and there can be a lot of that in such a boat.

Go talk to Tom McGow of Bennett Marine at the Tabman forum on The Hull Truth. Bennett (Tom specifically) has provided customer service similar to that of Jacques. He will help you choose the best tabs for your boat. Here is a link

I needed external hydraulic connetions for my present boat and they were not included in the standard kit. All it took was an e-mail to Tom and they were at my door at no extra charge. Many other people have had the same experience with Bennett.
